Our Story
ZenZone was born from a simple observation: in today's fast-paced digital world, customer support had become a source of stress rather than solutions. In 2018, our founders—three mindfulness practitioners with backgrounds in tech—set out to change that paradigm.
After experiencing firsthand the chaos of traditional support systems, they envisioned a service that would bring the principles of mindfulness to customer interactions. They believed that support should be a calming experience, not another source of anxiety.
What began as a small experiment with five clients quickly blossomed into something greater. Companies reported not just higher customer satisfaction, but also reduced stress levels among their teams. The ZenZone approach was working.
